We are looking for a self-driven Site Manager to join our team. 

Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter and be currently working for a top-tier or mid-tier main contractor in a site management capacity and will have previous experience running government or technically challenging projects from start to finish. 

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all site-based activities including:


  • Setting a high health and safety standard and culture on site,
  • Quality control,
  • Organising subcontractors to deliver ahead of project timelines,
  • Supplier management,
  • Material ordering and delivery.

You will oversee the onsite planning, coordination and management of projects, and be responsible for their successful delivery by delivering the projects on time and to a high quality standard whilst maximising commercial out comes and ensuring no one on site is injured.

You will be committed to providing a high quality of service and possess excellent negotiation and management skills, with a focus on the big picture and long term relationships. A positive approach to work, the ability to build relationships at all levels, and a willingness to operate as a part of a team are key
