What We Do

Residential Repair

Brosnan Construction are contracted through the Southern Response residential repair programme in Christchurch, servicing over-cap insurance repairs, comprising main contractor delivery of complex repair/rebuild works.

A hand-picked and dedicated team are in place to provide certainty of delivery in what is a highly constrained sub-trade market, and tight repair programmes.

Each project might be different, but the aim is constant: getting the homeowner out of temporary accommodation and back into their own home as soon as practically possible.
