What We Do

MoJ Justice Precinct

Brosnan Construction were engaged Fletcher Construction to construct the partitions and installation of secondary steelwork to the ground floor area. The precinct has been designed and constructed using an advanced approach to seismic design, with base isolation and built to an Importance level 4 standard. The ground floor area incorporates some of the most technically challenging aspects in the building. Namely around maintaining strict clearances around the buildings base isolators and numerous stairwells and liftshafts. Given the fluid and cutting edge nature of the design being employed, day to day coordination with the design team has been embraced by the Brosnan team who have made their mark on a truly landmark project.
