What We Do

Auckland Zoo Small Mammals Holding Facility

The foundations of this project were designed to bridge over public storm water and public sewer lines which guaranteed intricacy within the design element alongside proposed complex drainage and limited space on site, the design and specifications were intricate. Due to Brosnan’s thorough programming and methodology, these convolutions within the path of the project were tackled head on in a proactive manner reducing the risk of defects during the project.

Using additional knowledgeable resources, Brosnan was able to contribute to the design element of the project by providing support to their consultant and clarifying design issues. Furthermore, the Brosnan team and their resources continued to work with the client consultants to resolve the issues and subsequently ensure the project was completed with minimal defects, on time and within budget.
