What We Do

Summerset Karaka Module 103 and 104 Care Apartments

Brosnan has recently completed a contract to deliver the structural element of 2 and 3 storey buildings for 65 residential care apartments, linked to walkways and structural landscaping. The construction involved slab on grade with set downs and services. It had AFS logic walling for the structural internal and exterior walls both of which were also complemented by timber wall framing and trusses. Subsequent floor were constructed by Rib ‘n’ Infill concrete slab methods.

Through a collaborative relationship with Summerset, developed over previous projects run for them in Auckland and Canterbury, Brosnan successfully managed this structures package, delivering an excellent outcome for the client.
