What We Do

Babbage Office Fitout

Brosnan Construction was awarded this 270m2 fit-out for the new Babbage Consultants office following an open tender process, to provide meeting room and break out spaces together with kitchen facilities.  The interiors specified were a mix of veneer acoustic panelling and glazed partitions with fixed joinery.

The challenge of this project was to ensure the numerous clear-finished veneer Decortech feature ceilings and wall panels were well coordinated with the heavily-serviced ceiling layouts and detailed wall junctions. It was vital to the successful outcome of the project as a whole that the site team prioritised these aspects so as-built dimensions could be provided to suppliers to reduce the risk of errors given the tight project timeframe.

The Brosnan team also recognised that high levels of communication between service and internal glazing trades, as well as suppliers, were going to be key to the project’s success.
